Three bedrooms, three bathrooms...plenty of gathering space and also plenty of privacy. Everything was clean....everything we needed was there. Super close to the gondola and the shuttle. Great restaurants downstairs. 100% perfect for 7 adults and 2 tweens

It was a wonderful rental. The room layout was perfect for 3 families units. It was super clean. It had plenty of seating for our family and the bedroom layouts were better than we even expected. The kitchen was well stocked and property management went the extra mile to make sure we had what we needed. Like a crockpot. The only suggestion would be some clearer information about the shuttles but the location to pick them up was great.

Fantastic stay for our family of 5. Comfortable with every high end amenity. Loved having restaurants, ski rental, and liquor store in the building. Convenience of gondola access was great (Helpful note: quickest access is via the door near Ticino’s restaurant). Gondola is much easier than using shuttle. Will return someday!

Highly recommend! Condo was extremely clean, matched the pictures exactly, had a wonderfully stocked kitchen (crock pot, 3 coffee makers, a ninja blender, electric griddle), and having covered parking was a huge plus. Host was very timely and informative with communication, and location for the price can’t be beat. Less than 5 min walk to the riverfront gondola to beaver creek, and even shorter walk to the $4 vail shuttle. The restaurants on the first floor of the building are great too! Would absolutely stay again
This condo was perfect for our short visit to the Avon/Vail area.

This condo was perfect for our short visit to the Avon/Vail area. The condo is easy walking to restaurants, stores and transportation. When we walked into the condo we were met by more than we could have hoped for. Each of us had a private en-suite bedroom. Each bathroom had perfect amenities (shampoo, soap etc.) The beds were very comfortable and roomy, each with it's own TV. The family room was very large and the sofa and chairs were perfect for our family. This room is great for movie or game night or just watching the roaring fire in the fireplace. The kitchen had every necessary item and more! We prepared every meal here and it felt like being at home. The large farm-house table was perfect for us all. I would stay here again the next time I'm in that area.

This was the overall perfect rental. These condo was spacious and clean, furnishings and decor were up to date and in great condition, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. I hosted a retreat for my Florida yoga studio and rented this home for 5 adults. It was perfect! The bedrooms were large and the unit was clean and well-maintained. The location allowed guests to walk to eat and shop, and drive just 5 minutes to the lifts at Beaver Creek and 15 to Vail. Brian, the property manager, was quick to respond and accommodating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

we ran into a little issues when we showed up (after 2:00 AM) not finding the keys and with our apartment not being ready because of a late booking etc. and the staff was very helpful and got us the keys to our apartment and also offered us another ready clean apartment
the next day the property manager gave credited us for one night.
Overall we had a great experience
Our stay was fantastic. Condo was just as described, well appointed, and even larger than expected. It was a very quiet building, easily walkable to the gondola transfer, bus stop, and local food and retail shops in Avon. The management company was very proactive about sending our access information well in advance and didn't need to contact them for anything. Would definitely stay here again.
