Lodge at 100 W Beaver Creek 504, 2BD Condo in heart of Avon

We can’t say enough positive things about our stay here. The management/concierge was communicative in the time leading up to our trip and eager to help once we arrived. The unit itself is spacious and beautiful. We were walking distance from the gondola and shuttle which was great. My family and I will absolutely be checking the availability for this condo on our next trip up to Beaver Creek/Vail. Thanks for the hospitality!

My entire family loved the condo - it was in a great area, incredibly clean and beautiful! I will definitely try to stay here again next time I visit Beaver Creek and highly recommend!

Modern Luxury Condo near Riverfront Gondola A504Reservation ID #RES-08021 When we walked in the door, we were knocked out by how much larger it was than what it appeared in pictures. Everything is first rate including the furnishing, kitchen ware and bedding. The location is excellent. It's just a short walk to the gondola and bus stop for skiing. Dinner and the City Market are all convenient too. We can't say enough nice things about Brian, the property manager. He clearly wants your stay to be enjoyable. I hope we can stay here again the next time we're in Avon.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay or experience! The condo is beautifully decorated and spotless, had everything you would need, and the location is unbeatable. The shuttle to BC Village and Vail is right outside the building, which was very convenient! Brian was an incredible host allowing us to check in and out early due to weather, extremely responsive, and even went out of his way to mail back something we accidentally left behind. We had a great trip and will definitely stay here again next time!

My husband and I stayed in the unit alone, although our son was to stay in the 2nd bedroom on the other side of the unit, his plans changed. The unit itself is in good condition and well stocked and great area for boots and odds and end. 3 bathrooms were excellent and enough towels for multiple showers per day. The kitchen has more than enough of what we needed by way of glasses and plates.
**The fireplace was A+, my husband made multiple fires each day and it took our vacation over the top!! There was also more than enough wood For our weeks trip. Will stay again.

Great location to access the gondola. Condo was as advertised. Check in was easy. Brian (manager/concierge) was very helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

Updated unit, great location, and covered parking made this a great stay for skiing in both BC and vail. Quick walk to BC lifts and all of restraints and grocery in Avon.

Really nice updated condo that is only a 5 min walk from the gondola. Building has practically everything you need. We never got in the car over the long weekend.

Wonderful stay at this property, it has everything you need (except hair conditioner for us ladies that have longer hair). Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, wood burning fireplace and great location to walk to the gondola and many restaurants in the building. Parking was easy and communication with manager was top notch. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay and would defiantly consider staying here again for our Christmas or summer vacation. We were a family of five looking for a place that was near a ski lift and all the great Restaurants in Avon. The condo was perfect for our needs and had everything we needed to cook a big Christmas turkey meal!

The apartment was perfectly appointed and furnished with all the household & toiletry items for everyday needs. The furniture and beds were comfortable & stylish. The entire apartment was immaculately clean. Perfect location. Many excellent restaurants within a short walk. We loved our stay.

Superb location. Better than being "on the mountain". Chair lift is walking distance, and the amenities downtown with access to shuttles provides MANY amenities Room was terrific for 3 adult couples. Top-end access to rental skis or bikes inside the building!

We stayed here last year and based on that experience we chose to stay again.

We loved our time at this property. Check in is easy, location if convenient to get to gondola and amenities within Avon,, and property was clean/guest friendly. Look forward to staying here again.

When we booked our stay, the condo looked so cute and I thought there was no way it was as cute as the pictures showed. When we arrived it was even better!
It was stocked with everything we could need, the management company was wonderful and incredibly responsive. They kept us informed and offered tons of information about the area.
If I return, I hope this unit will be available to book again, as it will be my first choice.

Property was very spacious and well appointment with everything you need to be self sufficient. Location was great, walking distance to grocery, liquor stores etc. Small easy walk to ski lifts at beaver creek and/0r shuttle to vail.
We have stayed at numerous VRBO type accommodations on ski vacations and this property would be at or near the top. We will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo during our ski trip. It’s very modern and spacious with a great kitchen! We also loved the convenience of having restaurant choices in the building and we had a wonderful breakfast two mornings at Bob’s Place Restaurant and a delicious dinner at the Italian Restaurant! We took time to really understand the various bus schedules since we didn’t have a car and with planning it worked out well to take the bus to Vail Village and Beaver Creek Village. The gondola access was also a very short walk from the condo to ski from the Beaver Creek Landing area! Highly Recommend this Condo!

This condo was very clean and well furnished for our group of 6 to spend a week skiing at Beaver Creek and Vail. Its within close walking distance to the restaurants and shops in Avon and only a 5 min walk to the bus stop to head to Beaver Creek village. The Avon recreation center is also only a 5 min walk away which offers a great fitness facility and indoor pool.

Second year in a row for the Beaver Creek / Vail ski trip. Excellent accommodations and convenient to a 5 min walk to the Gondola for BC or the ECO shuttle to Vail. The town is perfect for on-foot traveling. Flying into eagle/Vail does not require a rental car. It is location perfect!

The apartment has been recently renovated and very spacious. There were 2 Master bedrooms with bathrooms en suite and a 3rd bathroom off the living area. The unit does not have it's own washer and dryer but the laundry room was on the same floor easy to use. There is also a very large terrace. We were not able to use the outdoor heaters because there didn't seem to be any Propane. We never felt the need to take the shuttle since the Riverfront Gondola is an easy walk even in Ski boots.

The place was perfect for us. We were a family of four. Great for entertaining given the the large kitchen and living room . We stayed here mostly due to the this large open concept area and it did not disappoint. Very conveniently located in the heart of Avon. There were no negatives on our stay. We would stay here again if we come back to Beaver.

Condo has a modern open feel. Wide open space and kitchen, bedrooms are on opposites sides for better privacy with ensuite baths and third full bath off the living room. Lots of storage and nice view of mountains. Building is quiet, easy parking in garage and another space available outdoors. 5 minute walk to Riverfront Gondola. Good communications from management company. Would have preferred a washer and dryer in unit - apparently there is a laundry room in the building. Still, overall a great place.

Condo is updated and kitchen well equipped. Huge balcony has gas grill, gas heater and gas fire pit along with sectional sofa. Firewood included, as well. Unit has a high-end modern flair. Building has ski rental shop, beer/wine store, Italian and Chinese restaurants. No ski lockers, pool, hot tub or gym on site. Overall, great unit and location!

Very clean and comfortable, near to vail 15min driving, 3 full bathrooms, 2 rooms with king bed, 1 sofabed in the living room and 1 single sofa bed inside 1 of the room, the living room and kitchen was just perfect and the balcony had everything, grill, sofas and tables to spend time! We are very thankful of having the opportunity to stay in this amazing apartment

True to the listing. Provided excellent space indoors and out. Especially enjoyed the deck with fire pit and heat lamp at end of each day. Convenient to Beaver Creek gondola and eco bus to Vail. If anything to knitpick about it would be to oil the squeaky bathroom door In master bedroom. If returning to same slopes, will definitely book this condo again

The apartment is exactly like it’s pictured. It was spotlessly clean, luxurious, very convenient to get to the slopes and spacious enough for us. Brian the manager went out of his way to help us. He was very was very quick to respond to any question, whether it was about the apartment or about the general area. We will definitely stay there again and I highly recommend it.

My wife and I stay in this unit for 2 1/2 months. This well appointed condo had everything we needed and more. From the cookware to everything you could need in a kitchen, fireplace, spacious bedrooms, and huge balcony with a gas grill. This became our home away from home. Best testimonial, we hated to leave!

Great location! It's about a block and a half walk to the gondola at the Beaver Creek Westin. Very convenient. The unit is newly renovated, well done and very spacious.

Amazing stay! Place was clean, convenient, and in a prime location. Loved everything about it. Only suggestion is if you are adamant about the hot tub, this one is only available at a fee in the Rec center. Regardless, I’m extremely happy with the stay!
