Lodge at 100 W Beaver Creek 808, 3BD Penthouse in heart of Avon

Condo exactly as pictured. Great space for eating and family games. Very “sound proof,” we never heard our neighbors. Management super responsive when I needed to replace the blender, etc. Would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful condo with amazing views in every room. Very secure, very quiet, just a perfect place to relax and spend time with family. Really appreciated the firewood which we used every night we were there. I highly recommend.

Convenient location with easy access to the gondola/lifts. Plenty of space and it was great to have restaurant options in the building. We had a great stay!

We had an amazing stay at The Lodge penthouse 808. The penthouse was well furnished and very clean. This is a big place and while we were a small group, this place could definitely host the 11 people it claims in the ad. The views from the condo were extremely beautiful as well! Checkin was very smooth. The location was perfect with plenty of shopping and restaurants all around as well as in the first floor of the building. The shuttle to Beaver Creek is a short walk , but we opted to take the Riverfront Gondola which was also a convenient walk. In the end our stay was great, we had some nice spring skiing and then got a surprise pow day on our last day! What a great trip! We plan to stay here again and would recommend the same for anyone visiting Beaver Creek!

Great place to stay! Short walk to the gondola…you should definitely stop to get a taco at Rocky Mtn Taco truck on the way to the gondola. Accommodations were very comfortable for our large group. Comfortable accommodations for two families with teens and kids. The common kitchen/dining/TV area was perfect for our family of 10 to gather each night for dinner and a movie or game night! The gondola to Beaver Creek is a 5-7 minute walk. You can rent your equipment on the first floor which is nice, too!

The space was awesome and super convenient to get to the slopes. Slept 8 of us very comfortably.

This is a great unit and great location. We housed two families with a total of 9 people. There was plenty of room for all and you can't beat the short walk to the gondola for the ski lift. It is also super convenient to Venture Sports and Bob's Place (great restaurant/sports bar with casual dining).

This property was great. It had everything we were looking for. Lots of room for my 3 kiddos to play.

Very spacious unit that easily sleeps 7 to 11 people and a very short walk in ski boots to a the surface lifts that will get you to the slopes. There are 3 restaurants in the building, and a liquor store. So you could park your car and not use at all it until it is time to go home.

The apartment is a very nice and spacious unit.Brian, the host is also very nice and helpful gentleman. The location for skiing could not be much better. Again my only serious complaint, no washer/ drier in the apartment. We had to use a rather nasty coin operated unit next to the garbage depository. Everything else was most satisfactory.

Very spacious place close to mountain. A quick walk to the gondola that takes you straight to the mountain. Overall very pleased with stay and would look at this unit again in the future.

Great location and space.

Spent 5 nights in this unit. It has a lot of space but we found it a bit dated and lacking in lighting. We had to move some lamps to provide sufficient light in the main seating area. Overall it worked fine for us. The location was good and the staff were very responsive to any questions or issues.

The condo was very spacious and the location was great! It was a 5 minute walk to the Gondola. Great place for a family ski trip.

Lovely penthouse was as pictured. Great location with 3 restaurants in the building! The penthouse was very spacious and clean. The furniture was a little dated but in good condition. The master bath shower and tub could use a remodel. Overall, a great place to stay.

Would definitely recommend this condo. There was 6 of us but could definitely fit more. Brian of Vail Mgmt was on top of things and communicated very well before our stay. He actually was a life saver when our flight was cancelled out of EGE airport. Highly recommend!

Great location! Walk to the gondola and lots of restaurants. Love the garage parking so no cleaning the snow off your car! The property management company is fantastic, great communication and easy to work with. Really like this building. Have stayed in a few units here. This unit a very large so if you have a big group this would accommodate it. It was very spacious. Loved the big windows that let you see the beautiful views. The unit could definitely use a bit of updating and paint though. Looks a bit nicer in pics than in person. It wasn’t bad by any means, it just looked a bit worn.

Really great place--super close drive to Beaver Creek and a very close walk to so many places, including the Riverfront Gondola, the Rec Center (gym and indoor pool, which we used on days that the kids couldn't be outside), Nottingham Park (open green spaces and a nice playground), public library (another great option when you need an indoor location to hang out), and the Eagle River Trail (paved path along the river that you can stroll or walk). We traveled with a one and three year old so these options were invaluable when we needed to get out of the house and/or couldn't go skiing. We found that the place had a great variety of kitchenwares so we could cook meals at the house and had a lot of both shared and private spaces so no one felt cramped. Really glad that part of the parking was underground when we got 11" of snow in one day, even in mid-Spring. Overall, great stay and would definitely come back.

The condo was exactly as pictured and provided a lot of room for our family of 5 who are all adults. Location is amazing with great access to the mountain and easy parking. Great kitchen but could use a pancake griddle. Beds were very comfortable except the first room that needs a new mattress. Lots of room to spread out, do puzzles, read, etc.

Perfect place for a large family or multi family stay. Plenty of space and Vail management (Brian) made everything easy for us. Having All the amenities in the same building is great as well. The liquor/beer store downstairs is great, Bob’s does a nice breakfast/lunch/dinner and Venture Sports Bike Rentals is a friendly shop with a LOT of options.

What a great place to relax and rest after a day of skiing. Short walk to gondola to get you to lift. Nice to have Adventure sports in the building along with Bob's Burgers.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is huge. It could easily handle a large family. Check in was easy and Brian answered all of my questions. It was nice having three restaurants and a liquor store in the building. The gondola was less than a five minute walk away and the main bus stop was even closer. My kids loved the rec center pool that is a short walk away. The listing states that the unit is remodeled, but it seemed dated to me. Maybe it was a partial remodel ( kitchen?) It didn’t detract from our stay at all. Overall it was a nice property.

Lots of room! We had plenty of space for six adults. Could easily accommodate 8. Good location. Its not luxury but everything is nice and the space well maintained. Great value!
